Our group of 11 had been thinned out slightly by both Rolling Stones and a wayward deer but we were blessed with a beautiful afternoon to tackle the Old Course at Sunningdale. The three Sunningdale members: Tim Parsonson, Ed Fayne and Gideon Rutherford guided 3 groups around the course as best they could. Greens were fast and challenging and this may have been a key factor in the winning Stableford score being a comparatively modest 30. Ultimately it was one of the members (Tim Parsonson) who prevailed! An enjoyable afternoon all around!
