If you enter any of the other main meetings or you wish to meet other OHs or enjoy some interesting courses, please enter the Rix-Hill by informing the Match Manager or Hon. Sec.
You will be sent an invoice for the entry fee; please pay to confirm your entry; the draw will be made when all entries are in, usually immediately following the Spring Meeting.
The Match Manager will inform all participants of the draw and send updates from time to time.
Please play all matches as soon as possible and let the Match Manager have any results asap.
The person on top in the draw has the right to select his home club as the choice of venue, although an alternative can be decided upon but this is normally decided by mutual agreement.
Matches should be played off full handicap difference and the visiting player will receive 2 extra shots unless he is familiar with the course. The players can negotiate the extra shots to just one or zero depending on how many times the visitor has played the course recently.
